In House subcommittee, doctor Birk revealed 30% to 40% of over 700,000 Americans died unnecessarily from coronavirus.  Deaths could have been prevented if Trump administration promoted mask mandates, testing. social distancing  and limited indoor gatherings early in the pandemic.  Instead Trump administration was distracted by 2020 election.  They went campaigning rather than hold regular meetings at white house.  Her warnings about severity of pandemic were censored.  She criticized the appointment of controversial doctor Atlas to covid task force.   Trump administration prioritization of politics, contempt for science and refusal to follow the advice of public health experts undermined US response to the pandemic.  Result is one of the worst leaderships during a crisis in US history.

What the failed trump-regime set in motion, as you described, is precisely what still affects very large portions of our society today.   He's like an arsonist who sets a massive fire to a highrise apartment then flees the scene of his crime.  His family, allies and accomplices then claim deaths should be blamed on the firefighters BECAUSE THE ARSONIST who started it all HAS LONG SINCE LEFT THE SCENE.

Trump 'stoked' crowd on January 6
and should be held accountable,
federal judge says

A federal judge suggested Wednesday that Donald Trump
and others who spoke at the "Stop the Steal" rally on January 6
should be held accountable for the US Capitol riot that followed,
saying the then-President "stoked" the crowd.

Though she did not refer to Trump by name,
District Judge Amy Berman Jackson said during a sentencing for
riot defendant Russell Peterson that the former President and
other speakers at the Ellipse riled the crowd and
   "explicitly encouraged them to go to the Capitol and fight
    for one reason and one reason only -- to make sure the
    certification of the election didn't happen."

Jackson joins the ranks of several federal judges in Washington
who have sharply criticized Trump for his inflammatory speech
at the January 6 rally, with one judge saying last month that
rioters were "pawns" provoked into action.

While Judge Jackson stopped short of laying full responsibility
at the feet of those who spoke at the January 6 rally, she and
other judges have lambasted Trump and even suggested
he may face legal consequences.

So far I have not heard  or read of any judges sympathetic to the capitol riot mob or to those who incited them.

Meadows says that on the morning of October, 2, 2020, just over 48 hours
after the first debate,Trump's oxygen levels had plummeted to about 86%,
prompting the White House physician Dr. Sean Conley to recommend
the President be moved to the hospital.

The previously undisclosed details from Meadows reveal how much more
serious Trump's diagnosis with Covid-19 was than what Trump's medical
team was sharing with the public at the time.

Trump announced his positive diagnosis just before 1 a.m. in the
early the morning of October 2.
Dr. Conley informed Meadows that they needed to get Trump to
Walter Reed "'soon, in case he takes a turn for the worst.'"
Later that day, Trump was medivacced out to Walter Reed National
Military Medical Center for treatment.

During a press conference that weekend, Conley said that the President
had a HIGH fever the morning of October 2 and that his "oxygen saturation
was transiently dipping below 94%."
A normal blood oxygen saturation level is 95% or higher.

The rush to the hospital came less than 3 days after the debate.

This whole story is disturbing. 

Obviously if his covid symptoms got so bad that he had to be wisked off to the hospital on Friday October 2 then that indicates his initial positive test for covid the Saturday before the debates was in fact the accurate indicator, despite "allegged" subsequent negative test results.   False-negatives??  Since we learn now that his condition was far worse than doctors and aides were willing to tell the public there's a case to be made that the WH lied about the whole thing since having to withdraw from the debate due to covid would look incredibly bad given all his denials and downplaying of the pandemic.

That's because to date there have been ZERO.
