of Donald Trump's 'Slow-Moving Coup' Ahead of 2024 Election

Maher warned of the former president attempting a “slow-moving coup,” proclaiming that he believes Trump will get the Republican nomination in the next election.

One of the main reasons has to do with the types of jobs these two types of people have. Lower-income people often don’t have much opportunity to negotiate their wages. When prices rise, wages for these individuals tend to stay stagnant for a while. Consequently, their purchasing power plummets. Higher-income people, on the other hand, tend to have jobs with inflation-adjusted benefits. When inflation occurs, these benefits limit the decrease in the individuals’ purchasing powers. This disparity is why during inflationary periods, income gaps widen.

The link above is the current inflation numbers incase anyone is interested in seeing where our country is heading. Just do the 25yr pull back and look at 2008. The last time our country saw 5% inflation for over 3 months was 2008. We are already past those months and inflation is not stopping. The calculator use was also changed to eliminate some of the higher increasing products so the numbers are actually HIGHER than what's been given to us.
