This is awesome. What in the world were the GOP thinking. They are being held hostage by an egotistical maniac and his nutty followers.

Paul Ryan is a stiff... Another loser the GOP had to put up there that's holier than thou. They couldn't win with the flawless squeaky clean Romney. They should support Trump and try to save the country from that corrupt lying two-faced hag...

Sure Matt, finish off the country.... Open borders. Welcome every turd world person that can get here in with open arms. Have fun with weekly terrorist attacks eventually... After 8 years of this lawless administration, why not?

Please explain to me (us) why you are so bitter about all of this.   How has the Obama administration and pending Clinton victory made your day to day life worse than it was in 2006?

It hasn't affected my day to day life but long term letting thousands and thousands of refugees in from God knows where will come with a price. Remember the 2 gems that blew up the Boston Marathon? They came in as "children"... Didn't they grow up just wonderfully in a free nation?

i think it would help if you get over this idea that trump would do anything more to address immigration than obama or hillary.  the wall business is nonsense.  we are doing everything we reasonably can to address a problem that started and became untenable many years ago.  hillary won't change much if anything.  the only way to get any more meaningful and sensible solutions is to get congress to help out but those people are completely useless so good luck with that.

i think it would help if you get over this idea that trump would do anything more to address immigration than obama or hillary.  the wall business is nonsense.  we are doing everything we reasonably can to address a problem that started and became untenable many years ago.  hillary won't change much if anything.  the only way to get any more meaningful and sensible solutions is to get congress to help out but those people are completely useless so good luck with that.

I am just stating a possibility. Did not try to convey help for Ryan. The point is his office possibly sabotaged Trump.

My point was Trump tape getting out in no way helps Ryan.   The tape will no doubt lessen Trump becoming Pres, which no doubt does not help other GOP candidates. Ryan is currently Speaker of the House, highest political position outside of Pres and VP.  He only maintain that position if GOP holds the House and the tape does nothing to help that.

It's pretty obvious that the tape would entice more GOP defections and therefore causes in-party fighting.  This does not help hold the House GOP-majority, losing the House tremendously hurt Ryan!

As this point in time Paul Ryan does not need/deserve to be Speaker. I would almost go after him if I were Trump or at the very least the senior advisor that might have leaked the tape. Ryan is part of the DC cabal that Trump would destroy.

I envy the Democrats ..why can't the Republicans work together like they do ?

For example Hillary Clintons campaign  worked closely with the DNC to rig the primaries for Hillary over Bernie Sanders.

..and now we're learning Hillary Clinton’s campaign communicated with the Department of Justice (DOJ) during the department’s investigation and litigation into her use of a private email server...

Man,,, you have to admire the way the Democrats support each other

    Really? Children?  You fear children?

Perhaps you should start a war on children to go with the war on drugs, medicine, minorities, reality etc.

I'm guessing you are not a parent if that is how you view children.  It is always interesting to see the uneducated point of view on issues

Hey Mr. Uneducated. The Boston Marathon bombers came to America as CHILDREN, are you that stupid you can't understand that? Didn't they grow up to be wonderful patriotic Americans? I bet your IQ is about 55, 60 tops... It's utterly amazing how stupid you are. And I'd make a huge bet your in the tank for that malignant C7nt but you don't have the stones to admit it. Every fkn post of yours is anti-trump. I've never seen you say one disparaging word about that corrupt fraud he's running against or any of the countless scandals that constantly surround her and that corrupt to the core party....

Wow. Insults and bashing because I made some comments concerning children becoming terrorists and thinking on that level.

You call me uneducated when I am not and having a limited iq which I do not either.  It's funny how in the face of reality trump supporters just make something negative up. Lies lies lies.

And if you look at my posts majority of my commentary is on trump supporters and not trump himself.  But then again that would be making a comment based on reality .

It's always interesting how some posters get away with just teeing off with these angry emotional insults and bashing like it is open season.

    Funny how that works

there might be something to this.  you are more likely to be killed from some toddler who finds an unsecured gun than you are from any syrian refugee.

And these are the primary and most important issues for those who lack rational perspective.   The fear and paranoia base mentality along with the constant negativity rots the brain.  At least that is what it looks like.

But back to the topic.  Trump's complete meltdown with like a month to go seems insane.  Like is he being advised to go on twitter and attack Ryan and others as being good strategy to try to win?  Or is this just trump's lack of Temperment and basic sanity to not become completely unglued and pivot off any stress or things not going his way into and angry emotional rage lashing out because his insecure egg shelled
    Ego has been bruised.

Trump appears to be unfit for president because he cannot handle real life.  Trump was born into privilege and never faced real life like average real people do.  His pattern is to get divorced, claim bankruptcy and sue the hell out of everything saying it was unfair rather than Manning up and facing situations and stressful situations head on and overcoming it, even when it is a uphill climb.

Yes the GOP is in complete shambles.  Going down in flames

I think that on some level the GOP might be rejecting trump because he has hurt them so badly by splintering the party and damaging the reputation and credibility of the party and many in it.  He has also exposed the low information GOP majority voting base.

So some of why Ryan may be doing is trying to help the GOP desperately grasp at the power they have left as he see it slipping from the hands before their eyes.  But as a person that does not see every politician as a horrible monster, perhaps Ryan and other such in the GOP are having a Normal and rational reaction being completely disgusted by who trump is as a person and how trump behaves and carries himself.  And instead of being a delusional trump fanboy, Ryan and others are simply acting in a logical and Normal manner to who trump is.

As crazy as that sounds, if those numbers are correct it is at least a rational thought.  It's so hard to reason with trump supporters that manufacture their view in misinformation and emotions.  It's one thing to hear about trump supporters in generalities, it is a whole other thing when you see their actual views that have been created about actual issues
