Thank goodness, NFL network TV had a last week Packers/Broncos rerun in last few hours so I don't have to watch that boring presser.

Washington post reports that money for $1776 troop dividend actually comes from military housing assistance instead of tariffs as Trump claims.  He cannot spend tariffs revenue without congress approval.  Besides, tariffs have raised insufficient revenue below expectations.  Previously, Trump claims to bailout farmers with tariffs.  But the money is really diverted from US agriculture department fund.
