California's anti-immigrant Proposition 187 passed easily in 1994, but the long-run damage to Republicans was significant.  They now very seldom win any statewide elections.

Trump's ascendancy, built in part on xenophobia and Islamophobia, threatens long-term damage to the national party.  Actions have consequences.  Hatred stirs blowback.

Make you wonder if trump saw how to damage the GOP based on history and purposely chose to continue to continue to destory and obliterate the GOP/conservatives even further.

Dog bite,  I am not letting off the hook here.  I would like to hear your analysis on this.  I know you aren't going to have someone answer the questions for you like the silly zelo poster provenfor his lack of substance and in ability To engage in an intelligent dialog.  So I expect to hear your analysis.

Please explain why you think this is a silly topic.  This is a political forum and this topic covers one candidate's chances of winning a subset of voters.

^ I'm glad he's resigning.  If he doesn't get what makes Trump successful, leave.  He needs 40% like Bush got.  We know the numbers and its up to him to swing 10% which is very possible.  Lots of people have quit on Trump during this run thinking he's doing it the wrong way, they were wrong.
