I think you'd be surprised at how many people cheat when going through school and hire others to do their work for them. It's why most of the people who are supposedly educated and qualified for serious positions tend to screw up on a regular basis: because they didn't really earn their job. We don't live in a meritocracy and most businesses don't even hire the most qualified applicant.
Trump is right on the money about how the government should be able to seize your property even if you aren't convicted of a crime. You should have a difficult time getting your property back even if you're completely innocent. That EVIL lawmaker does need his career destroyed as Trump suggested. This country was built on tyranny and oppression after all.
