The foreclosure moratorium was set to expire March 31 and instead will be in place through June 30. It's the second time Biden has extended the ban after he used one of his Day One executive actions to push back a previous Jan. 31 end date. A White House statement said Biden is committed to protecting home ownership and housing stability during the pandemic, calling the extended forbearance and foreclosure programs "an important step towards building stronger and more equitable communities."

62%  wont last long      its a post inauguration bump and soon will regress to around 55%

Biden administration rolls back
Trump-era citizenship civics test

(CNN)The Biden administration is rolling back the controversial Trump-era naturalization civics test,
reverting to a prior version of the exam, according to a policy alert published Monday.
US Citizenship and Immigration Services, which administers the test, announced it will go back to
using a 2008 version.
The agency had received thousands of comments on the Trump administration's exam, as well
as President Joe Biden's executive order on restoring faith in the legal immigration system.

In December, the Trump administration implemented its revised civics test, which increased
the number of questions for applicants to study, and updated the number of questions
applicants had to answer correctly.

(CNN) President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden will travel to Houston on Friday
as Texas works to recover from major winter storms and power outages.

"The President will meet with local leaders to discuss the winter storm, relief efforts,
progress toward recovery and the incredible resilience shown by the people of Houston
and Texas," Jen Psaki said at Tuesday's White House press briefing.
