ISIS was essentially founded by Abu Musab al-Zarqawi who was originally a cohort of Bin Laden. So, while instability has assisted in the rising of ISIS, we know that AQ operated with ease long before out wars in the Middle East and Afghan.

Nice that you actually brought facts to the discussion. Too bad no onewiread it. Too busy listening to the angry emotions talking heads that demonize and manufacture negativity. But I guess that's what sells and Unites angry, emotional people.
