America strategic goal is to defeat isis and lead the are rich in energy, and raw materials and personal return to a manufacturing trade for consumables.

If we participate in the UNICEF's initiative to shelter displaced civilians

we can establish a relationship for the people of Mosul.

we can discern the identities of potential sleeper cells.
we can show other invested negotiations that we have compassion for civilian needs.

By involving our selves in the humanitarian effort we can accomplish stated strategic goals set forth by the Language of the Munich Security Summit.

besides we still have corn to make ethanol with.

with these proceedings we can put forth meaningful efforts to address : Freedom of want milinia goals stated in the rio plus 20 summit in rio dejarnerio.

as for what this could mean for Lobbying interests in Nevada,

If Truckers Union could bring their equipment a contract to drive the desert heat to mosul could be addressed when security is established for the route.
The Poker Players could host a charity event to pledge support for uncif usa involvement to obtain recousres to fund Union contract.

if they do have the most powerful lobby (ya right) they could lobby for publicity interests in  addresses Humanitarian unfolding crises.

MOSUL: Iraqi Federal Police forces on Monday pushed into the southern outskirts of Mosul on the second day of a new push to drive Islamic State militants from the city’s western half as the US defense secretary started a visit to Iraq to discuss the fight against IS.

Backed by aerial support from the US-led international coalition, Iraqi police and regular army troops launched an offensive on Sunday to retake western Mosul from IS following a 100-day campaign that pushed the militants from the eastern half of the city

Iraqi Helicopters were seen firing on village of Abu Saif early Monday morning. Mainly at a hill that overlooks the airfield.

    to push the dialogue.
if you know where things are and you start thinking, of where things should be. Logistics dictate that within the systems availible is this achieveable, How is this achieveable , and what rescouses and systems are needed to bring this to pass into reality.

in short how do make fantasy into reality. In this case of study you need to ship food to Ports or air ports availible it then must be placed on trucks moved to distribution centers and fairly delivivered to intended people.
If you are going to ship that much product, and you need a secured route, you can not just truck that much food past all those hungry mouths to get to the mouths you want to feed,
But if you included the areas you must ship through with a portion of cargo you can get the indeginous people along the route to actually have vested interests in securing the route for their own interests in the endeavor.
Personally if a certain union can get the contract I will drive the lead truck on a volunteer per diem basis.

don't worry, an international team of truckers will be used to move that shipment anyway, you wont have to get off the lazy boy or even lift a figurine

, Kenworths are not the only way to transport goods, personally if i had a wish list for this type of Job.
earth movers are by far a perfered choice in transportation models of bulk goods.

    today...https://abcnews.go.com/International/offensive-retake-mosul-isis-highlights-quiet-efforts-save/story?id=45991221

ISIS released video in 2015 showing its militants smashing artifacts at the museum with sledgehammers and power tools. The group, which views ancient artifacts as idolatrous, has systematically destroyed ancient temples, churches and palaces in Syria and Iraq over the past two and a half years.

The Mosul museum once contained Mesopotamian artifacts dating back thousands of years. The cultural site is now in ruins, with its exhibition halls housing mounds of rubble and the basement filled with ash. Local archaeologists are facing a race against time to save their country’s heritage, according to The Associated Press

The United Nations refugee agency, the UNHCR, said on Tuesday that there are currently 211,572 Iraqis displaced by the fighting in Mosul, with over 50,000 added since the latest military offensive was launched. More than 195,000 displaced Iraqis are sheltering in 21 camps built by U.N. agencies and the government around Mosul. But most camps are at or near full capacity, so the UNHCR is working to open camps to accommodate the spike in displacement.

    SLIDESHOW: Displaced families flee Mosul

Those who fled their homes risked their lives to do so and often walked long distances to reach safety at government checkpoints. Many arrived in desperate condition, visibly traumatized, famished, dehydrated, without shoes and wearing soaked clothing, according to the UNHCR.

“We were starving for one month, just feeding the children water and flour, and sometimes we could improve the diet with a bit of tomato paste. It was either stay and die or flee and risk death. Hunger was the main reason for us to leave,” Adil, 34, told the UNHCR, describing his family’s recent escape from western Mosul

You should hold your breath if you're expecting the U.S. to provide serious help for humanitarian efforts.  Trump cut the U.S. State Department's budget massively, Tillerson doesn't even have a full staff at his disposal, officials who had been there for decades with extensive knowledge of foreign affairs/interactions were released and Tillerson won't say anything to the media or public about how the moves will change the functionality.

The only type of humanitarian effort going forward will likely be Christian-based because that's the only time I ever hear a strong response on any issue.  The huge increase in anti-Semitism got Trump to denounce the reporter at his press conference for asking a simple question about the increase of it and how his administration planned on dealing with it.  Jewish cemeteries have been desecrated numerous times since and the White House pretty much has done practically nothing besides having Pence give a photo appearance.
