Voting fraud is very rare.   Loyola law school study found 35 credible fraud cases out of over 800 million ballots between 2000 and 2014.  Similar findings by US justice department investigations during Bush administration.

 Since most frauds are errors by election workers and not voter impersonation, voting ID laws do little to prevent fraud.  However law courts have determined that voter ID laws discriminate against minorities and suppress eligible voters.

Why dont we then. Simple get absentee ballots delivered sell em for a buck whoever dills it out and mails them into the clerks offices. Get a names list and pay a buck for whomever to vote whichever way possible what safe guards could stop this.
