I saw Three 18 wheelers loaded up with them banned in sections of three wide and as high as allowed on the highway stacked going from the port of Tampa to Orlando. So new they shined in the Sun like pained metal. It was very clear to me what they were as I have seen them before. They are in many states already.

The part that has me baffled in all this stuff, is how will they get the military to turn on their own people? Only thing i can think of, is they will use the power of money to do it.

AAA - No no unfortunately I know of the trains, camps, coffins, REX 84, bluebeam, gardenplot, agenda 21, etc etc. but was just looking for more information on the burial vaults being transported because I have only been able to find the stack in Georgia, at least in images.

Lots of potential problems could call for these contingencies (or camps). Super Hurricane or multiple hurricanes, New Madrid fault, catastrophic drought, abrupt weather change, volcanic disaster at Yellowstone, biological attack (none has ever seen that), large earth quake tsunami on the West Coast, asteroid that was noticed. Remember the Comets that hit Jupiter, not detected very quickly. It would be OK with me if there were some contingencies, knowing the Federal Government I am sure they would screw this up or fall short of the assistance needed.
The optimist in me tends to discount political reactions. Who are you going to get to guard such large numbers? Blatant oppression has not worked well in recent years in Eastern Europe why would it work in the U.S.? At least 60% or more of the population does not like the current regime. Even those that like them are not going to stand for grandma's incarceration. Good grief just try to confiscate guns from anyone and find out what would happen.
