The reason is because the homicide was ruled at the scene as justified. You do not take away personal property without due process and certainly not when someone isn't even being charged with a crime.

Actually, no. See, Zimmerman is on tape screaming for help, and two witnesses saw the Martin on top of him beating him about the face. Zimmerman had a broken nose, bruises on the back of his head, grass stains on the back of his shirt. A witness testified to the police that the one on the bottom of that pile as in a red shirt, which is what Zimmerman was wearing, while Martin was in a dark hoodie sweatshirt. The police handcuffed Zimmerman, took his gun which they still have, and brought him into the station for questioning. His account of the incident checked out, agreeing with eyewitness testimony, tapes of the calls, and the physical evidence. The police properly found that he had acted in self defense and had therefore committed no crime, the DA declined to prosecute him for anything, and the authorities therefore entirely properly let him go.

Zimmerman has not been charged with any crime and is claiming self-defense under Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law and since his father is a JUDGE Zimmerman knew he could hide behind the Stand Your Ground" law.

What he says and what the evidence suggests did are two different fucking things. I don’t care what the suspect says. I care about the one piece of huge evidence and that’s the 911 call. That call says the entire story. Take into account the criminal record of the shooter and it paints a picture.

So, he was attacked before he was on the cell phone saying he sees a person and told the dispatcher he is following him? You know what the definition of FOLLOW is dumbass.

A dispatcher is the conductor of the force, and is responsible for the direction of all units within it. Yeah the person who conducts the entire situation has no reason to be considered an authority figure. 

the cops always tell you not to follow or not be involved.  its on their flowsheet.   on a side note: trayvon was serving a five day school suspension and was tresspassing through a  gated community riddled by crime from mostly young males of whatever flavor.  as far as i can tell the interaction...forced by zimmerman.....lead to trayvon beating the shit out of zimmerman who is screaming wildy o n the witness 911 tape as he was getting the crap beat out of him.
