Attorney Michael Avenatti has been arrested on federal wire and bank fraud charges...

Avenatti also was arrested in a separate federal case filed in New York, in which he was accused of threatening to use his ability to get publicity to harm Nike. Prosecutors say he demanded that the apparel company give him $10 million. ...and Michael Avenatti has been accused of improperly keeping a $4 million personal injury settlement payout away from a paraplegic man.

If convicted on both charges, Avenatti would face up to 50 years in federal prison....Celebrity attorney Mark Geragos was named by prosecutors as the co-conspirator in Avenatti’s alleged extortion of Nike.

I guess this means Avenatti won't be running as a Democrat presidential candidate against President Trump in 2020..  nuts.


This is like the Baptism scene at the end of the Godfather.  First Mueller Time and now the Creepy Porn Lawyer.

Back to Mikey A. Couldn't happen to a better guy. What a freakin' creep. Give a two-bit con man and audience with at the big table and he starts believing he belongs. He's putting his feet up. He's trying to make power moves. Then he gets knocked back to reality. A make Icarus references often because so many in public eye these days get too big for their bloomers, get too full of themselves, and fly to close to the sun. Icarus was a child, so you feel for him, bit this is a grown arse man that should've known to stay in his lane. A trashy ambulance chasing lawyer for a trashy washed up porn star. She's not relevant anymore so what made him think he is. He should've took the food and beverage job and kept his forking mouth shut.

You’re right about everything the last two posts Stump.  This was the media’s creation.  I saw him everyday on CNN and MSN for two months.  His interview with Tucker was great, he’s on TV while she’s dancing st a strip club being exploited on his behalf.  He deserves everything he gets.

You're right about the CNN's and such. He was their darling. Plastered all over the screen. I remember thinking, "This guy is a creep. Is the left that desperate to make Trump look bad that they would embrace a guy like this? So desperate that they would try to turn some pornstar into Joan of Arc?" Yes, pretty much. They were that desperate. And it all backfired.

Wait a minute....the guy's a lawyer so the bar is pretty low. He makes money from playing in the gutter.

Almost as low as him exposing Trump for paying off women hoping he wouldn't be exposed for the POS that he is.

CNN cut ties with Attorney Mark Geragos today and fired him after he was named as a co-conspirator in Michael Avenatti’s criminal complaint.

Geragos is no longer a CNN contributor. No problem Jussie Smolett just hired him...

Hey Mark,, I hear their hiring other losers over at Fox network..they just hired ,another person CNN fired as a contributor...Donna Brazile (who leaked debate Q's to Hillary)....and just last week they hired Paul Ryan to the board of directors for newly formed Fox Corp...

There are so few people I trust/believe in the political arena. I can't name one politician that I respect.

My generation has really screwed things up IMO.
