Rick, seriously now your starting to act like your 10 years old. Of course its the politicians that swear the oath, so that means the companies dont know they are doing wrong. You dont think paying off polticians with monies and gifts to pass tax laws favorable to their companies isnt breaking the laws?  their just not getting fucking caught and you damn well know it.

Its exactly like the basketball scenario i layed out. 

They are both guilty as hell because both parties know exactly what the fuck they are doing. The politicians are more guilty because they swore an oath and they have the power to actually change the laws, but make no mistake theya re both guilty and both deserve to be in jail and why you are trying to make businesses some how be innocent in this whole mess is truly mind boggling.  Without the companies offering stuff to the politicians to change the tax laws, the politicans would have no reason to change any of the laws to favor companies, now would they? The politicans didnt just wake up one day and say hey lets change the laws so companies get away with paying no taxes. Soembody had to get the ball rolling and that was the scumbag companies who knew damn well what they were doing.

Its a shame you cant seem to grasp the concept that by these companies getting out of paying taxes, that burden is going to get passed onto all of us. Somebody has to make up for that loss of tax revenue. I guess you enjoy paying more of your check to the tax man.

Differnce between the guy you are talking about and the corporations is he didnt pay any politicans to change laws to benefit him, hes just living within the current system. Where as the corporations and politicans both know very well what they were doing is wrong, but when you are the ones making the laws theres really nothing you have to be afraid of.

who the fuck said the deduction or accounting technique is fraudulent?  The laws have been passed, so no laws are being broken.  Now back up to before the laws were passed, thats where the illegal actions took place. I guess the companies giving the politicans gifts and monies to pass tax laws that benefit them is not a crime and its all just the politicans who are the guilty ones. If you really believe that the companies did no wrong in bribing politicans to pass laws that help them, then am sorry but you are living in disneyland. Its amazing still sticking up for the companies, fuckin incredible.

Just dont whine and cry when you endup paying more in taxes to make up for the lost tax revenues that all of us sooner or later will have to pay. Like i said before any sane fuckin person should be mad as hell when they find out companies are paying no taxes because they paid for gettin g the laws changed. Hey everybody might as well just pay to have the laws changed, then nobody will pay any fuckin taxes.

I swear to God, you would think this site has a ton of ceos and owners of corporations on here the way guys defend these cheating person companies.

Like i said when your tax bill goes up and it will go up, dont cry about it. As your writing that check out, you can then think about how corporation X isnt paying any taxs because they paid off politicans to change the laws for them

Legally multinational corporations like GE are using the tax breaks in the tax code........and that is the reason they end up paying lower taxes........

The cost are recorded in the high tax country ( America ) and the profits in the low tax countries...the tax code allows them that tax benefit ...

The US has the highest corporation tax in the industrialized countries ..when you add in state taxes..as a result today Corps like GE are making more prifits than ever by investing in foreign countries who lower their taxes to attract them ...just like the US States due to attract corps to their State ..

The tax code gives tax deferrals on overseas income....so they post profits overseas and balance it out with US losses...it's all legal ...if the anyone doesn't like it ... change the code..

lmfaoooooooooooo yes we know the tax code they are going by is legal, thats because the politicans wrote the fuckin laws.

The illegal actions took place when the companies gave and filled  the politicans pockets with gifts and monies to change the laws to benefit them. But nobody is going to get in trouble for these actions because the politicans have the ulitmate power to bascially do whatever the fuck they want to do.

Oh and another thing all these companies paying no taxes proves another thing that i have been saying all along and that is even if companies paid no taxes {which we all know is 100 percent true} they still are moving the jobs overseas, because they are filthy person who dont want to give our citizens jobs and pay them, when they can just go overseas and pay those workers over there 1-2 bucks a day for their labor. These companies give nothing back to our country, all they do is take take take while all of us pay for the breaks they get. This is the exact reason our govt needs to put an import tax on every single product they bring back to this country and if those companies dont like it, they got 2 choices, they can either start making the products here again or they can sell their products overseas. Its there choice. Let all these person companies vanish, we dont need them, they need us. There will be other companies that replace them.

Ceos of today are way more greedy then any of the old time ceos ever were. In the past companies were happy making a profit and giving people jobs, now today the companies just want all the profits for themselves and dont want to give people jobs, unless they are willing to work for shit wages, thus the reason they go overseas and exploit all those people. These corporations are nothing but pure evil bastards.
