A man in Luzern County is facing felonies after he tried to apply for a
mail-in ballot in his dead mother’s name, according to report.

Robert Richard Lynn, 67, of Forty Fort, was charged with forgery and
interference with a primary or election on Thursday, according to
online court dockets.

Lynn is registered as a Republican in Pennsylvania   

According to the Times Leader, investigators accused Lynn of using
a typewriter to complete an absentee ballot application and signing
his mother’s name, who died in 2015.

Lynn eventually admitted to investigators that he filled out and signed
the application, the Times Leader reported.

In Chatham County, as in Michigan, the Trump campaign cited supposed evidence
that 53 late ballots may have been predated so they could be counted.
Except two witnesses they called acknowledged under oath that they didn’t know
whether the ballots were received after the deadline. And two others for the
local board of elections testified that they were, in fact, received on time.

he has not seen widespread voter fraud
in presidential election

Saying that he had not seen any evidence of widespread voter fraud,
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan said Sunday morning that it was
“time to get behind the winner of the race.”

He made the comments during an appearance on CNN’s State of the Union
with Jake Tapper.

We count the votes. And then we live with the results."
