Fox News "Justice with Judge Jeanine" 

It wasn't immediately clear what was behind the president's promotion.

Earlier in the day, Trump's favorite "Fox & Friends" had teased the "Judge Jeanine" episode, saying it would reveal "stunning new details" about Trump's claim that the Obama administration wiretapped his phones.

False wiretapping claims, birther issues ..

FISA court approves surveillance warrants under Fisa against "agents of a foreign power", mainly to either the FBI or NSA.
In this case, the reported target of the FBI's application was two Russian banks.
Any application has to be approved by one of 11 sitting judges.
 
Neither Trump nor his associates were mentioned in the FISA order
