Is the right fist in the air similar to the WWII German salute?

Germans saluted because they believed in a a better Germany as a front while they try to eliminate the jewish non german race.  Black power coincides with the black panthers which although on outside help inner city people , they were secretly killing white police officers and people.   Nobody deserves that.
