James Comey basically said today that IF you are in government and you use a private server and you make it difficult to find corruption.... you will not be prosecuted

Is there any Lawyers on this forum that would like to chime in?

He set a precedence today... a very bad precedence.

Thank the freaking lord that these offenses have no statute of limitations... just in case the the next POTUS would like to restore law and order

Great point sportsfan. Trump goes after the Clintons if elected with all the fury the US government has. This 'might' not be over. Chris Christie prosecuting WJC and HRC.
