She and Bill have been investigated continuously. They are only looking for the "properly filed paperwork" and then she can be as corrupt as she want. See, it's about having filed the "correct paperwork" thats how our system works. Its flawed, and is not based on avoiding fraud and corruption, but rather--paperwork.
Clinton is a lawyer, and lawyers know they can move around life with impunity with the right legal team. Clinton had 7 different law firms defending her over Benghazi and not turning over evidence, etc.She is a tough one to bring down.
