if the product won't sell why should retail give space. Did Mr. Pillow pay for the space for that product ok then courts can deal with breach of contract but outside of this area he just pillow out of luck.
Private businesses have rights to display or remove any product. Trump is permanently banned from Twitter. Should twitter be forced to accept his content on their platform.
To state private business must comply is communism not capitalism.

Jail sentence he faces real court now.
Not some kangaroo proceedings.
He faces chief Justice Judge Roberts court.
By excluding himself from these proceedings he isn't in a position of being tainted by these proceedings.
Attourney General now can move to charge and convict the traitor for desertion sedition .
He can do life in gitmo.
These proceedings do not exclude him from real criminal justice proceedings. This is not over and he can be confined in federal prison for the rest of his life.

In Georgia, a criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump’s post-election conduct is expanding to include close Trump ally Sen. Lindsey Graham,
The investigation, which was opened by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis earlier this month, will probe whether Trump — and now Graham — violated state law in the course of Trump’s attempt to overturn the election results in Georgia following the 2020 presidential election.
According to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Graham — a Republican from South Carolina — asked Raffensperger in November whether the secretary of state had the power to throw out all mail-in ballots in certain Georgia counties, a move that could potentially have tipped the state, and its 16 electoral votes, to Trump in the November election

Great news from Mr Biden as he recently toured a Pfizer facility in Michigan. Speaking while 'double' masked. Yes. Double masked!
“I believe we’ll be approaching normalcy by the end of this year,” Biden said as he responded to a question at the vaccine plant in Kalamazoo.
The president continued to explain that he hopes by Christmas the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic will be contained and that this year’s end won’t be like last year. He added, however, that he can’t make that commitment yet.
“God willing, this Christmas will be different than the last,” Biden said, noting that he can’t fully make that commitment yet as “there are other strains of the virus” and “things can change.”
