Well if it was in May maybe the good doctor thought the virus would simply go away with the hot weather. In all serious, what is this doctors background? Is he a virologist? For context, at the point when those comments were made, if it was in May, Pfizer had already narrowed their field of potential vaccines down to four and were experimenting on humans. That's unheard of. What you are asking of this random doctor, whom I know nothing about and am not defending, is for him to anticipate policy. Not be knowledgable in medicine.

Again, nobody could have anticipated policy. It is quite preposterous that we would be shipping and issuing a vaccine to be administered to human beings with such limited trials, time wise, but these are preposterous times. It's not ideal. I don't really get what your point is. If it'a simply that the media takes any opportunity to counter Trump, going as far as speaking to things they don't know a damn thing about, then we are in agreement. If you are making the point that this vaccine is a victory for this administration, well, the facts just don't support that.

Sorry Stu. I hit the trails for a 3 hour mountain bike ride today. Just now seeing this. Honestly, I can't recall the thing you were wrong about before, but I recall being in strong disagreement with you recently and saying so in a different thread. On this issue, it is my opinion that you are wrong about our mainstream media. The corruption lies with the left (CNN and their cohorts). The promote false headlines (Trump/Russia) and suppress true headlines (Tony B) over and over and over. They are not journalists in the true sense of their job description.
