This Detox is clearly off his meds. I am not sure how private tech firms like Twitter and Facebook taking fake stories and misinformation campaigns off of their social media platforms to protect the public from false information is somehow supposed to help the Trump campaign?

I feel like all hope is lost with the left here. They probably approve of the suppression of news by Facebook and Twitter as well. Twitter is already backpedaling. 

That bill will fall flat...Private firms can censor whatever information they want, they are not the government. They are free to run their companies the way they see fit. 

I thought you were a constitutional rights guy? A small government guy? Now you want the government telling companies what they can and cannot do with information on their own platforms? 

Talk about government overreach. Doesn't that go against everything you conservatives cry about? 

If you do not like the way Twitter and Facebook are handling FAKE NEWS and discredited Conspiracy theories, do not use those respective social media platforms..Simple solution.
