Might agree with that, *IF* we also agree that trump REFUSING to shake Pelosi's extended hand - a tough gesture by Pelosi given the animous between them, but she was at least trying to show good grace and civility - prior to that (which started everything) as even MORE petty than tearing up a free copy after the speech is over and it is no longer needed.
FOX News has learned new details about debate negotiations between the Biden and Trump campaigns ahead of tonight’s debate:
The Trump campaign wants the Biden campaign to allow a third party to inspect the ears of the debaters for electronic devices or transmitters. The President has consented to this inspection, but Biden has not – so far.
The Biden campaign requested two breaks (one every thirty minutes) during tonight’s program, which was denied by their Trump counterparts, in negotiations over the last several weeks.
Biden has floated the idea of not only raising taxes by eliminating Trump's tax cuts, but also taxing the NAV of individual stock portfolio's. Think about the segment of society that would approve of this drastic and harmful tax.

From what I saw this is not the issue, anyone and especially the NYT knows that gains are only when sold, not just real estate but many many others and expenses are written off as they are incurred unless they need to be amortized (if serve longer purpose than tax year in question). The issue is he claimed a fat tax return off an NOL he might not qualify for. If you write off something as a TOTAL LOSS then you cannot carry an interest, which in the case of AC he has an interest. THAT is the issue. If he has even 5% interest he cannot claim total loss.
