A day after the Supreme Court refused to take up another election challenge,
Trump blamed a string of Republicans – including Attorney General William Barr
– for refusing to help him somehow overturn Democrat Joe Biden's victory.

The soon-to-be-ex president also served notice he would continue protesting,
vocally if not legally, even as Biden heads toward inauguration on Jan. 20.

Barr threw away his reputation by writing Trump a letter filled with flattery and basically asking to become the AG.

Now he's just another speed bump under the Trump Pity Bus.

Some relatively intelligent officials never caught on to the Trump practice of using people and throwing them away like garbage.

A former Houston police captain was charged with assault Tuesday after
running a man off the road and holding him at gunpoint in an effort
to prove what authorities have called a bogus voter fraud scheme.
Mark Aguirre claimed an air conditioner repairman was the mastermind of
the fraud scheme and said he believed the man's truck was filled with
thousands of fraudulent ballots when he ran his SUV into it on Oct. 19

Police who responded to the incident searched the truck and found
only air conditioning parts and tools!

"A lengthy investigation ... determined allegations of election fraud were
unfounded and no evidence of illegal ballots was found," Houston police said.

to support her mask denialism

"Told you!" Ingraham exuberantly tweeted that day in November, sharing a link
to a Danish study that did not find a statistically significant difference in protection
against contracting Covid-19 for those who wear masks.

(NOTE: Health experts have repeatedly stated the primary reason for masks is
to protect the public from the wearer, not protect the wearer from the public.)

So as usual Ingraham got it all bass-ackwards.

Danish study doesn't prove masks don't work against coronavirus according to factcheck.  Even authors of the study say the results shouldn't be misinterpreted to suggest masks shouldn't be worn.  This study was conducted early in the pandemic when virus spread was low and testing less reliable.  Now most research supports mask wearing.

Departing Attorney General William Barr continued to distance himself from Trump,
saying for the record Monday that he saw NO REASON to appoint special counsels
to investigate Hunter Biden or the unsubstantiated allegations of election fraud.

She has also criticized stay-at-home orders and other guidelines aimed at
slowing the virus's spread. Ingraham has done this while simultaneously promoting
unproven treatments such as hydroxychloroquine to combat Covid-19.

On Wednesday, Ingraham ran a segment in which she railed against
"liberal" state governors for implementing new restrictions to save their citizens
from dying from covid. Then on Twitter she suggested that they are "tyrants."

She also suggested that her viewers should tune out the "medical cartel"
and go ahead and gather with family for Christmas.
