Yes is my answer.

At one point and time, I would have agreed with you.... but DOJ has stated that it was fine to use unsecured cell phones and computers... hell, they don't even care if you send and receive classified information on them..  even when the classified information likely ended up in foreign government's hands, and on the laptop of Anthony Weiner... so all is good
