Has anyone ever played in a WPT poker tourney??? What do u think of it??? Is it well run, would u do it again?? I am thinking about playing in the one at the Bellagio in October????

I would ask the same quesiton. I just qualified for the 1240$ satelite this past weekend at Fallsview in Niagara Falls. The buy in is 10k for which I don't care to pony up for, but I was more than willing to risk the satelite fee $170 for which I advanced two levels to get to where I stand now.
I found one difference to the cash games I play there and that's players were forced to showdown in every heads up/all in situation which I found interesting. Not sure if the same would apply at Bellagio, but if its a WPT I suppose it does.
I have to now beat out 9 players to get a seat. Its exciting to think of the possibilities, as what better chance of winning big bucks and playin a talented field than in a WPT.
Have never been to Vegas although I have wanted to for years(more for sports related investments) and the Bellagio seems like as good a place as any to get your feet wet no?
