My game is slipping and I am making impulsive decision at times (more so than in the past). Anyone with a similar predicament? How did u pick yourself up?
Sigh, I hate Poker...

Sounds like everyone is on the same page here. Balance in your life is very important. Make time for family, friends, or your love. A break is always good. Just sounds like you're gettin a lil burned out. It might be good to go on the road and play some live action. I prefer the road over sittin in front of my comp any day. Also helps me to get out and exercise in any way. Hoops, gym or just throwin the football around.

Hahahaha. Trust me, I am not hear to brag. In reality, I dont have much to brag about.
$120k classified as your primary income, which entails additional taxes, is not much in the Boston Area.
The money I make is peanuts to what other dedicated sharks are making. I played easily 70 hours a week, 50 weeks in a year. $120K = $34 an hour (Before Tax). With additional tax (primary income), its more like $28 an hour. Any college educated kid can make $28 an hour in boston.
$34 an hour ... if you do the math is roughly 1.65BB per 100 hands, playing 4-8 games at the same time (2-4 per terminal). My feat is hardly impressive. I do run into streak but the max I loss in any given month is <$2000, which is low because i dont play in the high stakes table.

I make about $10K a month playing online poker [$2/$4 NL]. Been doing it for about 25 months now. At first, it seems like a really good lifestyle but in the last couple of months, the toil on me has been unbearable. It's too the point where I am sick of the game and its more about the $$ than the pure joy of the game. Morning, Lunch, Evenings.. i am constantly staring at my two monitors.

I can only imagine those type of results..that being said, if I were to have them, managing them would be the last thing on my mind. But I win online to a much smaller extent, and am starting to loose, well actually have lost, interest in the game. Too bad, as I have invested many hours(days). However, start jogging and if possible relocate to an area where it is cheaper to live..for example, I could live like a king where I am at making that type of $$..treat it as a profession..
