Neteller withdrawals

Question

I had requested an EFT withdrawal from Neteller a month ago and still have not received my money.  I have sent 2 emails to neteller support about this but cannot get a response from them.  Has anyone else had a problem receiving money from neteller?  I know you can no longer use neteller for online gambling sites but is there a problem with neteller transactions with a bank?  Any thoughts or suggestions on how to get my money or a response from neteller would be appreciated.

this shit has been going in since mid january
they have been answering emails but not paying us customers

Thanks for the info.  I did not realize that payments to US customers were suspended, I thought it was only with gambling sites.  I guess we have to sit and wait and hope we eventually get our money.
