How long does everyone think it'll be before there is federally regulated online poker in the US?

I'm thinking within 3 years.

That's what they said 2.5 years ago when Black Friday happened.  Nobody knows.

When our elected officials run out of money, they will open online poker, so they can skim millions more from its citizens.  I guess the Lottery and casinos are not sufficient enough to support their lavish lifestyles.

after they find out there is no one now playing ay 'illegal(?)' sites is worth prosecuting.

maybe when they replace the attorney general holder the next one wont be so intrusive in our personal online habits....

last I heard zynga through facebook has petioned for online gaming real money forum the law they state to make this illegal if applied would make powerball illegal when we can get a doj attourney general to apply the equally and allow these interstate rights to all gamble or if the supreme court allows this argument to proceed to the court. or mcain and other senators biased in favor to online poker make a law admendmending this .

the us can sanction a us based online gaming online site with the field that allows state sites to allow out of staters play only states I am aware of is Maryland Delaware and jersey. But if a large corporation would want this like penn national or harrars it can be done with in the frame work of law as it exists...

online poker will never be the same even if legalized. pokerstars had 150k players logged in at any 1 time. the sites still running have about 5k. the site legal in Nevada had around 1k players.... the action will never be the same. its doooooooomed

well if that important to play online poker knowing the software breach the sevor disruptions and the potential hold cards being exposed moved to a state that allows it but the feds are serious about the no interstate play....................................
