Yes.  Did you see Cada with his arms on Cliff Josephy sweating the turn and river.  I now know the rumors are true that he was backed by that PokerStars regular.  Also, Cada handled himself with a lot of class and I was genuinely happy that he won.

And to top it off, the arrogant prick, Phil Ivey got burned by the poker gods.  What an enjoyable night of TV viewing.  Now I just need to find the Jimmy the Greek story.  I only caught the last 5 minutes, and I still admit to tearing up a tad.

Ivey folds JJ against 7's, then loses w/ AK vs AQ. He'll forever be thinking what if he would've called w/ those Jacks...

So glad all that the 8.5 mill didn't go to Moon.  Bad enough he got 5 mill.  He has no interest in the money and was going to buy his wife a lawn mower !   Makes you wanna scream.  We'll see Cada for many years and he will enjoy the money.

His hometown is where I'm living now.

There sure was alot of all-in preflop and suck-outs at Final Table this yr, not much of skill folds/calls at all.

its hilarious really, but then again, many on covers are probably of the age/maturity level/poker skill level of this kid....and would love to emulate and be him.......this final table was a microcosm of the World Series and why a poker pro won't ever win it again......imagine having to beat 4000 people playing like Cada did

makes you appreciate Ivy's accomplishment even more

CADA is the biggest donk/luck box to win it in MANY MANY years...Far more of a luck box than Gold or Yang..

The idiot kid shoved all in 3 times and sucked out with

    22, 33, and 44.....For fuck sakes...

CADA = IDIOT DONK/LUCKBOX/ RICH little fuck..

its hilarious really, but then again, many on covers are probably of the age/maturity level/poker skill level of this kid....and would love to emulate and be him.......this final table was a microcosm of the World Series and why a poker pro won't ever win it again......imagine having to beat 4000 people playing like Cada did

makes you appreciate Ivy's accomplishment even more

Seriously don't understand the praise for this vicotry.  No really good bets/calls/folds just plain luck.  I wasn't able to watch the whole final table, but nothing but suck outs while I was tuning in to it.

It would of been interesting had Cada not sucked out on Shulman to see what he could have done from there.

Yes I have to admit its very difficult to watch a guy suck out over + over to win then be praised for how "awesome" he is. With that said i dont think the kid is probably that bad at all, but totally luckboxed his way thru that final table and that is very very difficult to watch at times.

With that said I dont think anyone has ever been as hot as Jamie Gold, that guys run was disgusting. Yang was just a complete fukn donk and he got me wanting to turn religious after all the cards he spiked after praising the lord, lol

The suckouts at the final table this year were fucking insane. Hopefully people realize they dont just happen online.

Darvin Moon was amazing (and not in a good way). Amazing that a guy who looks like your typical donk (and probably is) in your home game can get THAT FAR just by being hot. He had no fucking clue what he was doing and was ready to call off with any piece, it was crazy. To say the WSOP MAIN EVENT CHAMP is the "king of poker" is pretty ridiculous but man how awesome it must be to get that far. That "theatre" was fucking rocking in there.

Still good television but I have to admit being VERY jealous watching Cada run like god at the final table. Im sure all of us were saying, "If I could run like that for just one day, once" LOL

Good point, Rockford.  Ivey's accomplishment was no more special than the rest of those that made the final table.  When Ivey got eliminated, the applause from the railbirds and despondence from Norman Chad was disgustingly comical.

IMO the whole final would have been different if Ivey doesn't push early on with KK. I believe it was Cada who had the 10's and Ivey could have built up his stack with that hand. No way Cada gets off those 10's

Wow....you guys do realize that anyone who wins is going to get lucky at somepoint and going to "suck out" on other people right...

over 6000 people in the tourney, to not expect that to ever happen is insane...

props to the kid winning and being the envy of all the haters

Powerade....I definately envy the kid...But you have to admit the play of the kid was horrid at best...Pushing all-in with 22, 33, and 44 is NOT good poker...It's bingo.... The kid should of gotten 7th place at the very best...It is actually quite amazing that he made it to the second day much less the final table, same goes with Moon boy..

BTW...That women in your avatar needs a serious breast reduction...

all you guys acting like cada was a rookie but he played online for yrs and had much more experience than most at that table , online anyway and he did suckout alot but in order to win an event of that magnitude 6k players you have to be lucky also .

do you actually think bax and sheets would of backed him if they didnt think he was good? bax has been his backer for many tournys not just this one lol and the kid has done real good online before the wsop . i think he will be a great for the poker scene and live up to his expectations, he only got 2.5 mill after taxes and paying bax half but he also got a million dollar deal for 1 yr with stars ,   good for him

Cada may have sucked out and got lucky at the final table.  But he had to push all in because of the size of his stack.  He had 1% of the final table chips at one point.  You see pocket 3's and there is only one move.  More power to him.  And the only way to win a poker tournament is mostly by luck.

BTW, Moon didnt play that bad.  The last hand he lost to CADA, JQ suited vs pocket 9's was a true coin flip.

Moon played most of the final table in a bizarre manner. They only show some of the hands, but it seems he could have waited for some better spots w/ hi big stack. Cada did probably have to push w/ the low pairs as he was short stacked as someone said. He did get incredibly lucky though several times on the last few days. He probably played some good poker throughout the whole tourney too, you have to get lucky a few times though, and you have to not get unlucky...
