Well i picked him up for the reason if im behind on the power now that Morneau is on the DL. Rodriguez will be my every day starter getting his steals and runs and Hill will go in when i need a dinger or some RBIs. Trust me unless he gets hot there is no way i am going to stick an anchor on my average.

Orioles interim manager Juan Samuel said Saturday that Brian Roberts (back) is about seven to 10 days from rejoining the big league club.
Sounds about right. Roberts began a minor league rehab assignment about a week ago with the Gulf Coast League Orioles and will head to Double-A Bowie on Monday to continue making progress. He's been on the 15-day disabled list since early April with a strained muscle in his abdomen. Once activated, he should be owned in most mixed leagues.
He's 7-11 with 2 walks in his 4 rehab starts.

With the highlighted part...I don't know if you're serious or not.
And besides...I offered AGon to powerade for Santana, Meek and Soriano (not even 2 full closers) and he said no, then said he had to think about it. He's very stingy when it comes to keeping his closers.

I really dont get it and it really is shocking to me. From his stand point its Santana for Gonzalez. A no brainer. On top of that he has Napoli as well. He always has 2 closers on his bench. I dont know...

And Meek isn't even a closer yet. I mean...odds are he'll get it because people are interested in Dotel but still. And he said he likes his 1B right now. That's fine and dandy...but Adrian is better than those 3 he has.

Quentin, Rollins, Pena and Werth do not hit. Thats the thing. Maybe 3 or 4 day streaks but the chance of them all hitting the same streak all at the same time is impossible. Quentin .240, Pena .201, Rollins .240, Werth .280. Just my opinion. I would trade him in a heart beat to upgrade else where

It just what i think. You roll out 11 starters every week. So much more of a chance of guys getting rocked. Impossible to keep your ERA and WHIP down with that happening. Maybe find someone with a couple of really good starters who will trade them for Gonzalez. Then you can drop your below avg starters who are not that good and pick up 2 great relievers who will lower your ERA and WHIP ( Benoit, Marshall, Venters ) Once again its just my opinion. You trade Gonzalez and lose AVG by playing Pena every day. Pick up some relievers off the FA and save your ERA and WHIP and trade for some nice starters. Once again i look at is as if you are trading nothing for upgrades every where else

More pitching=my gameplan. Pitching is overrated. Wells, Zito and Niese gave up a combined 1 run this week. Scherzer had a 7.20 ERA and my team ERA is 2.31 for the week. I get more Win Chances/K Chances and can still win ERA/WHIP. I have 5 guys who have equal/less ERA than CC, Hanson, Garcia, Danks, Cahill, Kershaw, Haren and Niemann.

See in my opinion less is more. Everyone has different opinions when it comes to playing fantasy sports.
