report - BLAKE GRIFFIN was possibly DRUGGED on saturday

There is a report going on around here in norman that the doctors at the hospital who did the MRI was questioning what type of medication the team doctors gave him during the game.  Those doctors got sent a letter, and confirmation of the visit release and told Oklahoma president, and Athletic Director they did not give Griffin any medication, as it's illegall in the NCAA (not for drug purpose but because it's very dangerous)
 
After reviewing the incident they believe that the TEXAS player who hit Blake Griffin may have had a substance on the wristband.  It was a double wristband/ which no other player wore, and also this player took that wrist band off after that play.
 
So we may be hearing some major, major news about sort of illegal cheating.

also go to the okstate sooner section in the paper, and they have a link discussing the contact made by the hospital doctors and the sooner doctors.

well I find this hard to believe but in this day and age who knows!!!

And Pimp is correct in saying it is an old old old boxing trick!  Fighters back in the old day would use various substances and try and rub it in the others eye's causing temporary blindness and other chemicals were used as well to get different results!  That all being said if this happened I do not think it can be proved! 

Maybe at the end of the day Griffin has a glass jaw and just can't take a shot... who know's I guess time will tell!!!

i will admit...it is quite wierd that the line was so low, and then griffin goes out allowing texas to cover that low spread....does make u wonder....esp if its true about him taking off his wristband after hitting blake

If they really drugged him with a wrist band they deserve an automatic NCAA bid and whoever came up with the idea should move to hollywood

DoubleUp -- I'm not saying I think Griffin was drugged, but did you see the alleged shot that gave him the concussion? My eight year old cousin hits me harder than that all the time.

this is crap. this would be all over espn, cbs, cnn, yahoo ect... if there were any truth to it at all. rumors & speculation by oklahoma fans on fan forums is all this is. in this day & age you can't keep anything like this secret. we would of heard about it through legit sources by now. besides, the texas player would have had to rub the wristband in his face for a few seconds & not just hit him once for a split second for the drug to take affect in this james bond scenario.

I agree, hard to believe but one can never be sure of anything these days. Anything is possible, anyone can be bought and anyone who thinks its impossible or never happens is just plain ignorant. Whether or not this particular story is true or not, we may never know, but it wouldnt surprise me one bit if something comes out about anyone, at anytime, involved in shaving of any kind.

Yeah I saw it ...

I have had 6+ Concussions in my Life ... 1 getting Punched in the Face/Head...2 playing HS Football and 3+ playing Basketball....

It can be a freak thing ... one of mine was really soft and several of my friends thought i was joking ... I was barely hit on the temple and Boommmm....

sometimes a guy gets hit in football, hoops whatever and YOU CAN NOT BELIEVE  they get up and walk away. Then times like this look like nothing and a huge monster of a guy is on his butt.

I do not believe a guy with 50 million in front of him would fake ANYTHING on the court
