So what is his response to losing elections that he cannot win because they are rigged against him? Run again in 2024, so he can claim election fraud again.

Interesting that a quick look back on the last 16 years(terms wise) the country has had 12 years of Democratic and only 4 years of Republican.

Since I was born there have been 24 years of Dems and 24 years of Republicans as POTUS. It all evens out and it is now time for the Left to exit stage Left, someone really needs to tell Joe that. Exit to the left.

We can't trust government. We must know if said person is actually illegal this takes a formal process.
If we granted an individual from a former country asylum for an example or a student Visa
A formal process needs to be conducted and determined if they are indeed illegal crossing the border through illegal entry or are they actually legally here by means of allowance in Visa permits. This must be done by impartial fact finding court advocate and defense proceds
As an example what if the next administration said musk was illegal a apartheid supporter and deported him for engaging with an active terrorist group in the past sent him to El Salvador froze his assets made it so he could have no contact literally rode up in a van hang cuffed and hogged ties him and shipped him.
Then admitted he was here legally but we can't get him back.... Court orders him to return to his family and the administration states no because he is a known terrorist and worked as a sympathizer or however they word their briefing for press corp.
As Americans we utilize a due process. We need more judges create more positions . But I don't trust anything until proof is shown.
The following is what is amazing regarding our captured SCOTUS! SCOTUS did not interfere when approximately 11M illegals safely crossed our undefended borders between 2021 and 2025. It doesn’t sound fun - I wouldn’t watch a minute of that if it was a tv-show (what would be the tagline “alleged criminal (only convicted due to his tattoos) and person who defended their rights are forced to live together” that tagline alone 
)- if it should be fun they should be in the house of Trump or a MAGA follower that wanted to deport them - that would be fun
