"Buster Douglas" upset?  If the Rockets win the series this would be less of an upset than Golden State beating Dallas a couple of years back.  Don't believe the hype.

disagree. rockets are without yao. that's like the warriors without baron davis against the mavs then...

nobody thought the rockets would make it out of the first round much less take it 7 games against the lakers AFTER losing yao.

Way too much & early talk about the Nuggets. Lakers more than have their hands full on Sunday. And this vs a team missing their 2 biggest stars & with noone over 6'9". Been lovin all the patronizing & dismissive thoughts/statements about my Rockets & how the only reason they've even won a gm is due to the Lakers being flat, uninspired, etc, etc, adnauseum. Did it ever occur to anyone that given the match-ups, LA may just not be that much better?  They looked like they wanted this 1 tonite & got their butts beat solidly & the best players on the floor were Scola in the 1stH & Brooks in the 2nd -
 
Can someone explain to me how a front line of 7ft Gasol & Bynum & 6'11 Odom can't dominate the Rocks bigs of 6'9 Scola, 6'6'' Hayes & back-up Landry 
 
Regardless of what happens in gm 7, given what Hou has to work with, it's a helluva testament to what toughness & consistent hard work & good teamwork/chemistry on O & D can do just to force a gm 7. The beauty of basketball - it's a team game. How many other teams in the league could do this w/o their 2 biggest studs? None. Still expect LA to win on Sun, but the Rocks won't shoot 32% or 17% from 3 again & I give 'em an outside shot. Will be puttin at least a unit or 2 on Hou ML - GO ROCKETS

watchin the replay on ESPN right now.. how can you really call this team a championship team? Cant wait to bet against them next series and the finals if they make it that far.
