take it from someone that was 30... 30 is your prime...
I say this because of the balance of physical ability versus wisdom/life experience...
in our 20s we make alot of mistakes, but also have alot of highs and moments/life experiences that we learn from and give us wisdom...
at 30 you are a point that you can cash in on your experience/wisdom while you can still enjoy it... this is where you are at the top of your game... this 30-33 window is a special window of time...
