What's something that has benefited or helped black/brown people to get out of poverty and not encouraged them to stay on the government tit. Obama phones, "Affordable Care Act" and that housing travesty do not count as it caused more credit. The Democrats want to keep black/brown people poor so they can depend on their vote. What's all the bills that the left has done that has TRULY helped black/brown people.

Democratic Party is not the party of the KKK. Again, Confederate, slave owning Southern Democrats started the organization but many Democrats strongly opposed it. The parties strongly switched positions on race and racial equality in the early 20th century.
