YEAH I SAW THAT AND I CONTACTED THEM.  THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DUE TO "NO SOURCES".

Ya they do get some serious wind out there. Remember that game last year where punts were reversing direction due to the wind.

I agree this would be a serious advantage to the Bears. Im not a big total guy but good luck.

the weather today in chicago is really bad. temps in the low 20's and dropping with snow and 30 mph plus winds. should affect the kicking game

do u not remember when pats scored over 50 points in the snow a few years ago

 

     I don't think Pats will chance kicking it to Hester. Even if he does get a chance, it'll be awful hard to catch.

What does that have to do with today's game? It's not necessarily the snow factor. Winds today will average around 32 mph with gusts up to 50-60 throughout the game. If it was just snow, it would be no problem. However, the terrain at Soldier Field is probably the worst in the league. It will slow players up tremendously. With no ability to throw a pass more than 10-12 yards downfield due to the wind, both defenses will put 10 men within 10 yards of the line of scrimmage which can certainly neutralize the Pats short passing game with no threat of the long ball. Neither team has what I consider an explosive RB that is one step away from going all the way like Chirs Johnson, Adrian Peterson or others. The kicking game will be an absolute disaster and we may see very little to no field goals in conditions like this unless they are chip shots.

I am staying away from this one, but I have learned my lesson not to take an under solely based on the weather. I've lost unders due to fumbles on the teams own 10 yard line, and next thing I see is a player waltzing in for 7.

GL though, should be a good game........... 

IM with you large on the under as well here. With the bears front 7 and the wind gusts at 60+ n -9 degrees that should be enough to slow down the pats offense enough. You know the bears will be runnin the shit out the ball==clock running. PICK OF THE DAY

Right......You are wasting your time trying to talk any sense into Ncaafxpert......He thinks the weather should be a focus of capping a total in the game....he will tell you that you are wrong and he is right.....but look it up yourself....most respectable cappers pay little if any attention to weather....only squares worry about the weather
