The question is why are there plenty of solid cappers on this site that DON'T get thrown in the box?

Easy answer...they don't have ulterior motives and/or do follow the rules of the site.

I don't work for covers or anything, but people need to stop blaming the mods for upholding the manifesto. People need to start following the cappers without those ulterior motives. Weathered, Pimpdaddy (now that he's done his time), AussieGuy to name a few.

Ok. I just reread the manifesto. How in anyway did Barb break it? He didn't! But a mod thought it may be heading a certain way and over reacted. All that he needed to do was email barbs have a chat and no one other than them needed to be involved. But no can do. Lets put him in the box for all to see and then leave it up to him to prove now to everyone that he is not a tout. what is this 1524?? France??

Again the covers staff can obviously do what ever they want as it is there site. I just feel its a piss poor way to run things.

The guy hasn't even been banned. If he is innocent he can have his day. But from what I see he won't be back - which tells a BIG story.

While at times you can be annoying, I have respect for you, but you've lost your marbles.

If he is innocent he can have his day. You have got to be kidding me! Mods do whatever they want and posters get no recourse. Now I think KOAJ is reasonable but any Mod can do whatever he wants. It's like being a made man.

But from what I see he won't be back - which tells a BIG story. - While I think KOAJ is reasonable, you think if Barbs comes back and tells anything, he will be automatically paroled. Hell, I've been back for 6 months and the Mod who boxed me tries to act like God and knows that I did not violate anything in the Manifesto. Bottom line: Egos and personal feelings rule here and there is nothing anyone can do about what a Mod does here regardless of how fair or unfair it is.

You act like there is due process in the box?

It's shoot, ask questions later and who gives a damn what the answers are anyway!

I got a few things to say on this subject: I got thrown in the box for making a tout joke for 2 weeks and if you post your plays and go by covers rules they will let you out soon enough. Only thing I did not like no one told me what I did exacly to get thrown in the box and everyone assumed I was going to be a tout for sure. You can normaly see peoples attentions. GameHunter has done his time and should be released he is probably the best capper on here in my opinion. I don't know Barbs intentions and he is given the oportunity to explain himself and Looking at TYEWEBB he has already made his website. He should be thrown in the promotions area in my opinion if he has a website. FREE GAMEHUNTER

Don't worry about them thinking you are going tout. I have heard it for two years now and I 100% guarantee I have no interest. I enjoy sharing information and giving my picks and information away for free.

Im pleased too, not to find out hes a tout, but pleased that I made money with him and got his plays here for free :-)))) I will never pay anyone for plays, but I do like to compare his plays with what im leaning towards, and it seemed to work.Id let him keep posting here for free, who cares if hes a tout,he was putting his plays on here for free, no one is going to pay him.

What i learned is that Koaj has a very keen sense of what is going on. However i still think things could have been handled better. Even if you are right 8 out of 10 times in these matters you have publicly shot down 2 people trying to help out and make a differance.

Barbs was just posting his picks day in and out! He made some referance to only posting his plays on his covers page and gets boxed???? He was not looking to get paid or drive people away! Its just sad that covers is that overly sensitive.

not so much of a keen sense as experience on the site

its the same pattern over and over

new poster, lots of catchy titles, talk of haterzzz, heavy page views, complaining about haterzzz, threatening to leave, every other post in the thread is from a sub 100 post member (no offense)
