Like this spot for my Wildcats. As Aussie has already mentioned, Perth have responded very well to losses this year winning their follow-up games. I really see Jawai stepping up today, we haven't seen him dominate yet for a whole game but he is a beast and will bully the thin Adelaide big men into submission. The way I see it, if Perth can contain Jerome Randle then they win this comfortably. If not then it will be very tight but I still see them winning.

Gotta say, that line tomorrow night in Kings vs NZ is a funny line. Kings only getting +2.5 at home against the Breakers? Since Websters return, NZ have only lost 1 game and that was that nail biter against Melbourne. I think i might take that line early before it inflates unless there are injuries we don't know about.

Is that 6 straight wins for you now across both leagues?

Love the fact we now get all the NBL games on TV as well so we can watch how teams play and get to know a lot more of the players. 

Just read on the NZ website that coach Vickerman really wants his team to win  their first road game of the season tomorrow night and that they were all deeply saddened by Jonah Lomu's passing. Only injury I can see is Wesley. He didn't travel across the Tasman. Heavy lean on NZ tomorrow night mate 

Yep that's almost a lock for me. Sydney haven't done enough to convince me they can be consistent. NZ on the other hand are now bonfide contenders. They should win by 8+.

As mentioned above this is close to a lock for me. I know Aussie has jumped on and so he should, i have to join him, I just can't see the Kings getting near NZ here. The Breakers are clearly with the Wildcats and Tigers as the best 3 teams in the league and the title will be decided between them IMHO. I would play this up to 8 points and I may have a punt on NZ at -6.5 or -7.5 as well.

I'm leaning Melbourne on the first half line. Will look a bit closer and post a play soon.

NBL : Melbourne -15.5

I've looked at this one every way possible and everything points to a big Tigers home win. These 2 have already met twice this season and Melbourne have handled the Crocs with ease on both occasions (by 31 points at home last time out). The difference this time around is Conklin is out for throwing one too many stray elbows and the Crocs other Centre Schencher is still injured leaving Nick Kay and Mitch Young to try and handle the leagues leading rebounder Majok Majok. Conklin, the leagues reigning MVP, is a big loss and Townsville will miss his 13+ points per game and his 6.5 rebounds. The Tigers are simply better right across the floor and will win this comfortably. I'm playing both the first half and full game.

This game should be a great contest between 2 of the better teams in the league. I really like the over here with 2 of the leagues best offensive players Suzie Batkovich and Rachel Jarry squaring off. SEQ are averaging 89.5 ppg at home this season while the fire are going at 79.5 from their last four, all of which went over today's total. Gotta say I'm a little surprised this is as low as it is, I really thought it would be in the low 160s but I will take it all the same.

I also lean Adelaide in the other game. Since Standish has joined their team, they have been very good and competitive with almost beating Flames and then demolishing the Capitals as well. Think +12.5 is too much for Adelaide.  

Totally agree Aussie. I though Adelaide acquitted themselves very well on their road trip last week. I see a single digit Perth win.

Im staying away from Adelaide mate.. I know they have been good but so have Perth and Perth's home form is pretty good this season. Adelaide have traveled a fair bit in recent weeks as well.
