The WNBL is getting into the big weeks where teams really need to perform to make the playoffs. Crocs have terminated Conklin's contract immediately which is a shock and Sydney Kings sacked their coach after winning just 3 in their last 18. 

Two games tonight, looking into both now as the Perth/NZ games starts in 2 hours. Looking at Websters points over potentially and the FG game over as well. Will make a play soon

I do like the Crocs chances tonight if your looking for the best dog because last time Conklin didn't play, they won that epic game vs Melbourne when they were +15 dogs. He is now gone from the team which means their other players will step up. Looking at taking them with the points.

Next game in 45 mins..

Taking the over because the last time Crocs played without Conklin they put up 47 in the 1H. That game was against Melbourne when they were massive dogs and Melbourne only put up 31 in that 1H because their 3's were falling. Cairns love to pound the paint with Burston and think that Cairns won't resort to as much 3 point shooting like Melbourne did in that game. Think it will be tight but I think we see around 85-88 points 1H, something around 43-45 either way..

Taking the home dog, like I said before under Coach's thread, I don't understand why Cairns who are 4-7 S/U getting the same line a Melbourne team got last weekend in Townsville only for the Crocs to cover. Myself and Freddie always have mentioned that the Crocs get up for the big games and then let themselves down for the lesser games. This is a QLD derby which i will take the home team.

My thoughts as well Rod. At one stage the score was 23-2 Crocs. Amazing.

I got lucky had it at 79.5. Went crazy at the end on that 3 pt play.

Jett's a good player, he caused havoc in the A10. I think with Conklin gone your going to see more of this from him. He's always been a ball dominate guard, & like you said sturdy build makes him tough to defend.

Good game, Hawks and United. Currently a PK. Melbourne needing a win and so do the Hawks as they need to stay within the top teams. Points galore I should think and this might be the game that Melbourne find their 3 point groove again as Hawks play no D at all. 

Just getting back into NBL, it's been a while. 

Question, hows Hakim Warrick been doing for Melbourne? I noticed he hasn't been playing many minutes. Figured a guy like that would be a marquee player in the league.

Yeah he hasn't been the player the Aussie Fans were hoping for. Garry Holt has been doing well but for Melbourne, it has been their Aussie players really doing well. Childress is now back from injury and he definitely is a great player in this league but unfortunately the Kings not doing so well. Not sure if you know a guy called Jerome Randle? he has been carving up for Adelaide. I real crowd pleasure and fun player to watch.
