I did like the spread at -6.5 but missed my opportunity and its now -8.5. One thing that has got me thinking about the spread. Batkovic who is the leagues best tall girl, is up against Carolyn Swords, they match up both at 6'6. Batkovic has never faced anyone as good as Swords in this league. Swords is a WNBA pro and she can definitely stop Batkovic being so lethal. Swords can also score as well and grab down some 2nd chance points.

Sydney coming off a terrible blowout win vs the Capitals which saw only 113 points because the Capitals put up just 45. Fire are the leagues best offense and the Flames are showing they can play ball as well. Taking the over in this game because I cant see the Fire not hitting 85+ at home which would mean the Flames would have to make up the difference which I think they would. These 2 teams met 3 times last season with scores of 162, 153 and 179. Think we see a score that at least hits 170.

Line is WAY too low even if its in Adelaide. Perth have quality players with Tomlinson, Laney,and Whitcomb. The Lightning have 2 stars, Leilani Mitchell and Ruef. They can't do it all. This line has dropped from last weekend because Adelaide beat the Spirit to get their first win but hey, before that they were getting blown out by teams by more than 20+ per game. I think Perth wins this by around 12. I am a believer of zig zag theory as well. Adelaide beat and covered vs Bendigo, Bendigo won and covered vs Perth, now its time for Perth to beat and cover Adelaide.
