Maybe it just comes naturally.

But the level of degeneracy here is downright unbelievable. It's truly as bad as taking a piss in the McDonalds urinal, while 3 heroine addicts fight over the only toilet stall.

I know this doesn't apply to all but to most.

We have people (lots) who bet every TNF, SNF, and MNF game just because it's on. Then spend their entire night watching it. Instead of spending time with a loved one or doing something positive. Stressing themselves out over ( and let's keep it real ) over a bet ranging from $11 to $55 in the vast majority of cases. 

We have a joker so desperate to look like a hero that he actually lies about his unit results by completely ignoring juice on every loss. So after a season let's say this joker has 425 wins and 415 losses ( very easily within normal variance ) at an average play of 3 units. He will claim he is +30 units, when he is in fact down 94.5 units. 

We have lots of people who actually believe it's all fixed. Why ? Because they guessed wrong. Lol. Vegas does not care if you win your guess or not. Because with 10% juice, you will always lose more on your guesses than you win on them. But even believing it's fixed, they keep right on putting money on their guesses. If that's not degeneracy, I don't know what is. 

We have people claiming this coach or that player is a dumb*** idiot, etc. Why ? Because they guessed wrong and they need to blame their wring guess on someone other than themselves. Amazing how they never stop to realize sad idiot is a millionaire and still smart enough not to bet his money in guesses. 

Now I know this will all be dismissed. I know the last thing addicts want to hear is the truth. But shit here is crazy. This isn't a gambling forum. This is a degenerate addict forum. It's not the same thing.

It's a shame too. I imagine most people here are decent people at heart. And it's actually not that hard to win. But it's impossible if you don't have control of it. Pick your spots don't let them pick you. Obviously money mgmt. Don't try to double up on a "sure thing". Also, a bird in the hand kind of thing. If you find a hedge/scalp pound it even if it's all your money. That's guaranteed profit. They say why would I tie all my money up for 4 days until the game goes on Sunday. Why ? Because I don't need to bet every day. What was my record today ? 0-0. Give me a guaranteed 3 or 4 percent I will take it.

I'm not really sure where my atrocious grammar is "as all". But if I'm guilty of that then I will accept that. It just seems more of a defense mechanism to avoid facing the truth though.

I know this is about me.  Here are some facts:

* I post real lines at the time I post.  Not the lines I actually get.  Not the most obscure line at some small shop that favors me.  I post a line that EVERYONE can get at the time of posting.
* The lines I post are often -105, -100, +105.
* I post all games at once, and all usually on Sunday morning. I dont have the luxury of posting the best line during the week.
* I keep an honest record of everything I post
* I have been doing this for 20+ years

Now, I ask you - how do you propose I keep track of vig taking in to account the above?

MY RECORD THIS YEAR POSTED IS 34-23 (right at 60%).
MY UNITS WON AND LOST IS 78-51 (right at 60.5%)

So according to your post - if I took 10% vig on losses (which isn't accurate because of what is posted above), then I would be 78-56.1 (21.9 UNITS UP).

 Your rules don't matter to others. There are several other cappers that are doing better than you. I don't need to mention them, as competitive as you are, you already know who they are.

I dont care about others.  I am talking about the vig issue.  

I think it is way more important to follow those rules.  You either keep your personal record here on covers instead of Excel, which is to nobodys benefit - or you post to help people.

Once you realize everybody here gambles for different reasons and not the same as you then you wouldn't be so bothered.  I only bet strictly as a hobby and for fun I might still bitch from time to time as its not really losing the money that sucks but how I loss it and I certainly don't bet everyday.  Just worry about yourself my guy

This post is hilarious coming from someone with almost 1k posts in a year. By my average u are logging onto this site and posting at least 1x per day. Calling others degenerates when you are also one...is hypocritical.
