all due respect I think catsfan summed it up right in his first prediction and that's the one I read and wagered on.

plus the cats simply didn't wanna win this game and it showed clearly in the final quarter. They basically proved what they needed when these two teams play again in september. Geelong were down 28 points in the 2nd quarter then scored the next 7(Byrnes goal which was not given) goals to collingwood's nill.
They also have 3 or 4 players clearly underdone in Hawkins, Scarlett, Corey and Ottens. I think collingwood gets embarrassed by this team again in the finals and I doubt collingwood make it to the grand final but rather get knocked out in the preliminary.
Still amazes me how the footy public can forget about the past years and how only a couple of sides have mastered the sports science into starting late then playing the best football in the final 2 weeks of the finals. Write off St Kilda and Geelong at your own peril cos them two will be in the grand final yet again

Bobbys_pregame, nice comments and some good points.  I do think Geelong will take care of them in September so I'm not so worried about the loss.  To be honest I don't remember much about the game, I was too fucking drunk. Luckily didn't get in trouble with any feral Pies supporters

I'm confident enough, as I was last year with St.Kilda.
Still have the feeling of 'being the better side' and in finals Cats should perform again.
