I missed Eriksson injury in first game, so I rode er anyways. I guess technically a pass in system. Though I do find with playoffs, first lines can be somewhat neutralized and it’s the depth that wins..

I missed it too so was stuck trying for the split as well. Pretty unfortunate results for the system this round. Need a big quack tonight!

Not sure JEE moves the needle enough for Avs to not dominate in either Game.  Avs are just too good.

That's 3rd year in a row the Split has been negative.  And significantly negative.  I think the game has softened enough where the super-skilled teams are able to take over the game from the old grind it out NHL.  And Home ice is back to being an advantage.

Was thinking the same thing. Although the ducks are maybe live after their game one effort. And even the habs as this is a game without a gulf in class….. isn’t it?

 They absolutely got the memo. Habs didn’t have a SOG for 25 minutes. They just ran into a wall
