Cherry just seemed to avoid the question on the hit which in point tells you exactly his thoughts on it. Its happening all the time now, Players are trying to draw penalties and putting them selfs in bad spots while doing so. Its starting to become very public now that the players have to start takeing responibilities on them selfs and stop putting them selfs in bad spots. Now i have played the game and its fast, alot of times to fast to anticipate these hits but you have to keep your head up

But in all honesty i dont fault the refs for the call. Its a fast paced game and when its a big hit and a player lays on the ice sometimes they look at the aftermath rather then the collision to make the decision. If rome jumps up there is know call. Plain and simple.
