hockey betting is a shitty business
you are a genuine smacked ass. If you are older than 17 then you are even worse.
dude, if after a couple days of ANYTHING you think you can make an intelligent conclusion your a fool
as for hockey betting being a shitty biz...
on average I increase my bankroll by 43% a month. now, if you can tell me of any business that I can get those kind of results you let me know slick.
if you didnt have such a shitty attitude I would explain how you can make some cash. but you keep on blaming the media or the mob or the refs or the zamboni driver

example last night
Minnesota + 125 O.T included
Pittsburgh +107 regulation time
last night Minnesota wins in O.T.
so this way if you put money on both sides you win in regulation , if it goes to over time your under dog still had a chance to win, last nightd hockey games were a goood example of don't ever try to win at hockey play both sides its that simple
Start out on paper for a while because I think for Oct. 2008 you would be like 136-23 for the month do I need to say more
now remember your also getting each play as a under dog

Bay Area Baller heres what I do play the puckline .5 goal on one side and on the other play the money line included O.T. the other its that simple last night 5 wins 0 losses

First post here, had to say something.
You must wager $200 total on a game, and if minni wins you win $25. If Pitt wins in reg you win $7 and if pitt wins in OT/SO you lose $200. So your risking $200 to win $25 or $7.
Surely this cant be profitable. Its simple math.
Quite simply there is no easy way to win, if there was everybody would be rich. The sport is not rigged its the least likely sport rigged.

Lippsman , yes but it is like very rarely but it does happen you will make a profit though every month I have. Like i said do it on paper first then you will understand .
I understand completely. It's the same thing I see someone post every year and the same thing the people post in the baseball forum. By taking one ML side and the other side a RL. For the amount of wins that are wiped out by a fav ot win it just isn't worth it.
If you continue to play this way I would say it would be best to take the games where the dog is getting at least +150 and you still got a small or even breakeven with the fave. This way a fav ot win will not knock out a huge amount of your wins where the dogs are paying back pretty well

Ottawa currently on a 9 game under streak going into tomorrow's game.

you say your 136-23
on average youll get $25 or so per win (being very generous)
When betting each side $100.
so 136 x 25= $3400
but 23 losses of $200, 23 x 200= $4600
you would be losing a nice chunk of change.
Do you have any real sample size?

The only thing shitty about hockey this season is the lengthy over and under streaks this season...
Ottawa currently on a 9 game under streak going into tomorrow's game.
this is shitty how? Ride the streak and youll do well.

the best advice i can give you is hit up the underdogs.
They will pay out in the NHL. There is so much parity in the league any team can win on any given night.
