I think you're right. Gronkowski was moving backwards when that ball was in the air and nobody was interfering with him at that point. The throw was way short and their is no way Gronkowski was going to change his momentum and make that catch. 
Stop the video on this page at 2:15 and watch. Gronk was going backward, the Carolina guy on the left was moving forward and has his eyes on the ball.

It was holding, not PI. That ball was no where near being catchable. And then the issue becomes whether the hold was before or after the INT. If it was after then you pick up the flag. If not then you give them 5 yards and replay the down.
Personally I thought the hold came prior to the pick.

You clearly bet on the panthers or live in the Carolinas. there is no other reason that you're so blind to the fact that an infraction occured, and the refs didnt have the stones to make the correct call. take the blinders off pal
