Scal, I'm not much of a conspiracy theorist, but I wouldn't be totally shocked if some of these same exact same people that continually bash you are some of the "experts" selling their tout picks on Covers.
I mean, why else would grown men follow around someone's every word/post to harrass or try to run you out? If these are regular people doing it on their own free time, I'll quote your guy Trump and just say, "Sad!"

All I know is take a look at the number of people that view your posts and then look at theirs...there's far more people glad you're staying than haters that spend their lives blaming others for everything, not just a losing play. 
Covers is garbage without your plays, keep' coming win or lose. you don't owe any of them an explanation man

Yes I did say those words under two distinct conditions:

Before the contest was over and before you made an offer to stay.

And I accepted the offer, as is my right.

And it is my right to abandon it when I please to. There would obviously be public shame if someone welched on a bet. Which would be the case if I wasn't asked to stay. Understand? It's pretty straightforward.

Johnny, these posters most certainly aren't covers experts nor do they sell plays. In fact, outside of a few, most of them don't make any plays at all! Honest to god I don't think I've ever seen WMI make a play on here...ever! Interesting theory nonetheless

Yeah probably so, I just can't comprehend why it's the same people that come to talk crap.
The only other thing I can think of is they play your plays and want to pretend they don't. Then get mad when something doesn't go their way. 
People don't seem to realize no one is holding a gun to their head to play your picks. People that tail and lose then like to blame are the most miserable scum on the planet

Johnny, they hate me because I spent many a moon calling them out on their bigotry in the Pbox and it really begins and ends there. The attacks on ththis picks are an inroad to criticism. You would not believe the stuff I’ve read over the years in that place. Or in today’s age, maybe you would!

And the way to get back at me is to go after losing picks (which every gambler in the history of capping has many of).

Look at Suuma and LC: they win, they lose. Like any other capper. But they are left alone for the most part. Trolls in their threads here and there but nothing like the vitriol I go through. Because I have attacked them and rightfully so. And their spin? You’re the racist not me? (Sound familiar? It’s a common ploy of the extreme alt-right. Just call them what they call us and see if it works. And for them it does.)

Right above here they are still touting the 40% mantra, which is one of the reasons I no longer even keep a record. Their circle of trolls really does believe it. And that’s fine.

And isn’t it amazing how they ALL pile on in a losing pick (never a winning one). Ever! Funny isn’t it?

He used to defame the black race as a whole on a daily basis. For days on end he’d talk about “their” problems. Incredible racism and degradation. Never any constructive argumentation. Stereotypes of all kinds.

Then he said he was absolved of doing such a thing and “couldn’t be racist” because he mentored a single black youth in a big brother program. It’s like Trump isn’t a racist because he employed Omarosa. Lol.

And he admitted he told the kid about “their” problems.

In the end it was more harm than good. But he never understood this. Any racist absolves himself/herself of their racism through a single interaction with a black person that they deem benevolent.

They are the judge and jury of their actions of course. And their actions are always righteous.

Minion was famous for this. Many of these posters/trolls are. Same patterns. Same behaviors. This is how they think and live and it will never change.

The one guy who told them how their thoughts misaligned with their actions gets the pitchforks and torches.

Crusher I agree with you...in the end we post here because it's fun,,,we all have our own reasons to post here, and when it's about sports capping, whether the result is good or bad, that's really something we cant' ever control.

I think if people here avoid getting into political or religious or racism debates, and stick to sports, that's the entire purpose of this site...back in the day when covers was at its peak, all these other topics held valid areas and forums for debate, but the world has evolved as has this place, and it's my true belief that this site should completely avoid any conversation that is not directly related to sports betting, or other types of "investing" where money can be made by wagering on a specific event.

My one hope is that Scal and others here can simply keep it to sports chatter, and leave all that other nonsense to other sites...sports is supposed to be our distraction from the fukkked up world we are living in, and if we can make money betting on it, even better.

I doubt Scal will ever admit he was wrong about me, in that I'm not a bad guy at all...and actually I'm more like him where calling out bs is concerned...I will call a fraud a fraud to his face when required to, but I do it so that other newbies here don't get fooled and follow the wrong guy and lose all their tuition money....the things Scal said about me early on in our pb thread was all wrong, but in the heat of the moment, it wasn't my intention to prove him wrong about my character...perhaps now he will see things differently between us.

I do appreciate the time he spends here giving his honest side to a game, whether I agree or disagree with his play is 100% completely up to me and how I see things playing out.

I don't even know what set him off to begin with, however the past several months here have been very entertaining, and has indeed made me a much better capper, as a certain pb thread hosted by yours truly has proven for several months running now with the amazing daily contributions and insights of fellow capper BigD.

I would have liked to see Scal bend the knee, obviously I knew he would never, but it was a running storyline in that thread which I enjoyed very much. I have nothing bad to say about Scal anymore, and I would like to think the feeling is mutual.

Just cap a game, win or lose, accept the results and move onwards to the next game that catches your betting eye...sleep, eat, train, repeat

^^^^ just as a full disclaimer, well into that pb thread, covers "accidentally" banned me and erased every single post I ever made, in the mains and in the pb...so when reading that thread from the beginning, a lot of it may not make complete sense as all my top grade AAA beef comments and comebacks and zingers were all zapped...that really sucked because when that thread gets archived, my best work on covers will never be fully appreciated.

oh well, we all move on...that's life...atleast covers got to know and embrace The People's Champ
