This might surprise some people but Antoine Winfield is rated the #1 CB in the NFL right now on PFF. Talk about underrated cornerbacks. I'll take a shot here.

Not crossing a football number between 5 and 6, so of course I am serious.  I mean, there is a slight difference, but not real meaningful.  I do just fine.  Thanks anyways though.

There were some decent reasons to pick the Vikes in this one.  For one, Minnesota had a better record despite the fact that Tampa had a worse strength of schedule to date.  Another reason is the Bucs had just suffered a pretty bad lose with the way that game ended, so it was tough to say whether or not they would be able to get back up for a game just a couple of days later.

Yeah but the fact that the vikes got smoked a week ago in the run stopping dept should have been a huge that a good running back like martin was going to do it to them AGAIN ! ....

The problem is the records didn't indicate anything in that game. Aside from the 49ers win the Vikings beat Detroit, Arizona, Tennessee and barely beat the Jags. They were far from a 5-2 team and it showed last night. Tampa also came in a lot better than a 2-4 team...

I agree on the play calling part. That Simpson fumble was huge in the first quarter. Petersen had just ran off back to back 11 yard runs and what do they do, pass then fumble, Tampa does down the short field and its 13-0 instead of it possibly being 10-7.
