160 units to win 40. So instead of putting approximately 100 units on the Patriots minus the points, I'll do just half that.
Bator, so you have changed your mind.. first you said why not taking +130..or something like that if you were sure pat´s will win for at least 17.. and now you are putting most of the money on the money line..

Good question. I'd say this opportunity would still be worthy of a huge bet, and for me, I think that would be 50, although if I keep watching ESPN's First and 10 in the morning........maybe 60.
Good luck with your wagers, man, you're obviously in a different league than most, just can't believe the way these chumps blindly follow you. Do you walk on water? I like the G-men, ML and +12, btw. I think the pressure's squarely on the Pats, and there defense is somewhat suspect....and old, really old. Jr. is like 100, I think they're going to have some trouble with the running game, and the dink and dunk Manning (gutless) offense. The under looks good, though.

I haven't changed my mind, I've added to my total risk times two! I still love the Patriots -14 +130.

Do you really think the Patriots are scared of the New York Giants? Do you think the Patriots are scared of the Super Bowl spotlight? Does Bill Belichick's and Tom Brady's playoff resumes indicate that they might fold tomorrow under all this "pressure"?
There are two ways of being "scared to lose", one that suffocates a team under the weight of expectation and another that drives them to new heights. Most teams who feel pressure to win are susceptible to the former. I believe that the Patriots, in a way, are scared to lose this game, but not in a way that causes a team to tighten up and start making unforced mistakes. They're scared in a way that will push them to lay the hammer down and make the entire 4th quarter stress-free for New England fans.

Best of luck to you tomorrow, tsw. I'm leaving for Glendale in two hours. Unlike last year, this time my tickets are already secured (but nowhere near as good).

The Patriots went 9-0 ATS in their first 9 games, and that's the version of the team I think is showing up tomorrow. They only went 6-3 ATS in the 4th quarters of those blowouts, though.

Good trend nonetheless, .67%. My thoughts are that 2 situations could occur. 1) The unlikelier situation, NYG find away to keep it close like last time, and Pats just take the lead and pull away in the 4th Qtr. 2) The likelier situation, with this latest Arlen Specter noise, Pats are up throughout the game and just go for the jugular in the 4th Qtr, shattering the Giants spirits for years to come.
This is not my typical bet, as I usually stick to the sides and halfs, and not Qtrs and Props, but thinking this may be wise. Along with 1Q. Will hold off till tomorrow on this one though.

Guys, skinvin and I are at a Wendy's about 100 miles out of Vegas (where we're about to turn off of 93 South to get on I-40 East). I'll try to get to any questions in the wee hours of the morning after we get settled in in Phoenix and finish having some fun with the tasty person at Babe's Cabaret in Scottsdale.
